The Dance Ability Movement creates opportunities for individuals of all abilities to experience the arts! Occupational Therapists and Dance Instructors, Mallory and Jade, have created The Dance Ability Movement as a way to provide inclusive and accessible programming in dance studios so that everyone can participate!

CWC is in phase 2 becoming an accredited member agency of Independent Living Canada. An organization run by peole with disabilities for people with disabilities. Our current programs and services include: 1. FREE Income Tax Program all year round, a partnership with Canada Revenue Agency. We provide tax services going back 10 years to current. 2. The StopGap Barrie Community Ramp Project, providing deployable ramps to businesses and organizations who are not accessible to people in wheelchairs, walkers, strollers or delivery people. 3. Our Guided Water-Colour Art Classes will be resuming shortly. 4. Our Peer to Peer Support group will be resuming shortly. 5. Our Host Organization - Creating Connection,  offers an array of Community Programs and Services.
A small baroque orchestra, performing in Collier St. Church, under the direction of Oliver Balaburski, was the genesis of the present day Huronia Symphony Orchestra. Now celebrating its 51th season, the HSO is the sole community orchestra in Barrie and Simcoe County. The orchestra is comprised of 55 talented and dedicated volunteer musicians from the community and five professionals who lead the major sections. Members are drawn from all walks of life and reflect the diverse social fabric of this dynamic region.
Many lives have been changed and saved through the amazing dogs at COPE Service Dogs. Joe is leading an independent life with his Service Dog by his side. Stephanie has been saved from the brink of suicide, thanks to unconditional love of the dogs in COPE Service Dogs' Canines in the Classroom program. Residents at Hospice Simcoe are leaving this physical world in peace while being comforted by Facility Dog, Daisy. Dogs have healing powers. Join us to change more lives by volunteering!
March of Dimes Canada operates with the mission of maximizing the independence, personal empowerment and community participation of people with disabilities. We aim to provide solutions, through service, advocacy and research, to further equal opportunity, self-sufficiency, dignity and quality of life. As part of March of Dimes Canada, After Stroke is a national service offering support, education and community programs for stroke survivors, their caregivers, and families.

Morton Youth Services is a community based youth detention facility that provides youth justice services to children who have found themselves in trouble with the law. Morton Youth Services operates under the direction of the Ministry of Children and Youth Services to provide 24 hour custody services in a 10-bed facility.
Epilepsy Simcoe County (ESC) was established in 1978 as a volunteer organization to assist the people of Simcoe County with education, support, awareness and advocacy. We are located in downtown Barrie and serve our member base in the greater Simcoe County Area. Epilepsy Simcoe County is the place where people from our region, living with epilepsy, can learn more about their condition, get the help they need and be a part of a family of caring and supporting people. It is a common disorder, not well understood, and affects approximately 300,000 Canadians and 50 million people worldwide. It is believed that approximately 1 in 100 people in the greater Simcoe County Area live with this disorder.
Grove Park Home is a charitable, not for profit, Long Term Care Home established in Barrie in 1968. The Home provides care for 143 Long Term Care residents, as well as offering Retirement Living suites and an Adult Day Program.
