About Us
We are a volunteer run Network of people dedicated to educating people about elder abuse and ageism. Our Mission is to promote education and awareness to prevent senior abuse is Simcoe County. We do this through presentations, offering resources and events such as Senior Fairs and through our website. We do not have an office or any staff.
Volunteer Opportunities
Openings
The Coordinator would lead a working group to plan and organize special events and projects approved by the Executive Committee. Events and projects will be focused on educating people about elder abuse and ageism and would take place at various locations across Simcoe County. The Coordinator would also be part of the Executive Committee.Projects may be a one day event or a regularly occurring event such as a monthly presentation.
