We are building a small, collaborative Tech Support Team made up of individuals with a range of skills — from WordPress and website support to data organization, digital tools, and basic cybersecurity best practices. Volunteers may assist with website updates and usability improvements, database organization, streamlining internal systems (such as Google Workspace and online forms), or advising on simple security and data protection measures appropriate for a growing nonprofit.This is a flexible, team-based role — not a one-person IT department or on-call support position.
