Grove Park Home (Volunteer Board Member)

Grove Park Home is a charitable, not for profit, Long Term Care Home established in Barrie in 1968. The Home provides care for 143 Long Term Care residents, as well as offering Retirement Living suites and an Adult Day Program. We are actively seeking enthusiastic dynamic local individuals, who possess knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas to join our Board: Business/Finance Legal Healthcare Local Community Involvement Human Resources Capital Development Skills and Competencies – In addition to being well versed in their own fields, the candidates should have the following: Experience in the not-for-profit sector Interest in a Policy style Not-For-Profit Board Shared Christian values of Grove Park Home Board Member Commitment: Board members are expected to attend board meetings approximately six times per year Prepare for regular and subcommittee meetings when appropriate Please submit a cover letter and resume expressing your interest to tseebaran@groveparkhome.on.ca
