Habitat for Humanity Huronia (Outreach and Event Engagement Volunteers)

Habitat for Humanity Huronia is seeking outgoing, friendly and passionate individuals to attend outreach and public engagement events to promote our mission, engage the public, sell fundraising items and have fun! This will be an ongoing opportunity where you will attend events when the come up. Your responsibilities will be to set up our event booth, hand out information, engage people through various way such as games or activities, promote our organization and what we do and spread the word about Habitat Huronia. Our first opportunity is for the Spring Tonic Festival at the Tiffin Centre for Conservation April 6th and 7th. We need volunteers to be the face of Habitat so we can continue to provide our community with affordable housing. We are hoping to build a solid team of individuals we can call on when opportunities arise, there is not requirement to commit to all outreach events.
